After the adoption of the GHS text in December 2002, the Sub-Committee will now turn its attention to the implementation of the system worldwide. In order to make the system more user-friendly, the Sub-Committee will develop guidance documents to help put the system into practice. The Sub-Committee will also examine how the other international instruments dealing with chemicals safety will incorporate the GHS provisions in their rules and daily practices. Joint UNECE/FAO Roundtable on Trade, Environment and Forests - Working Together for Sustainable Development
