On 23 March 2023, the Special Envoy met with Ms. Doreen Bogdan Martin, Secretary-General of the ITU. The Special Envoy took the opportunity to congratulate the Secretary-General for the recent appointment to this position; to share that technology can help identify solutions for road safety; to invite Mr. Bogdan Martin to join the Friends of the Special Envoy network; and to encourage further collaboration with the Special Envoy office.
