On 26 April 2023, the Special Envoy contributed virtually to the Ministerial Roundtable part of the ECOSOC Youth Forum. The Special Envoy elaborated on road safety as the leading cause of death in the world among young people aged 5 to 29 and the role of young users in improving global road safety as envisaged in SDG 11.
