The 85th session of the Committee on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management will be held fully in-person, in Geneva, Palais des Nations (Room XVII) starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 2 October, and closing at 6 p.m. on Friday, 4 October 2024.

The Committee session will support regional exchange of experiences and good practices on promoting affordable, adequate and climate-neutral housing, including through a dedicated workshop to be held on 2 October to address challenges and priorities regarding housing affordability in the UNECE region. The session will also promote inclusive, circular, smart and sustainable cities, as well as transparent and efficient land management.
