The TIR secretariat has been informed by the International Road Transport Union (IRU) that, as of 1 February 2024, Best Mobility - National Transport Association, Skopje (Best Mobility - NTA/101) has been appointed by the competent authorities of North Macedonia as the issuing and guaranteeing association for TIR Carnets in North Macedonia, in accordance with article 6 and Annex 9, part I of the TIR Convention, 1975.
