Moldova accedes to the Harmonization Convention, 1982

The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has communicated that the Republic of Moldova has acceded to the International Convention on the Harmonization of Frontier Controls of Goods, 1982 ("Harmonization Convention") on 3 December 2008. The Convention will enter into force for Moldova on 3 March 2009 in accordance with its Article 17 (2). For details, refer to Depositary Notification C.N.978.2008.TREATIES-4 (English, French).
