The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has issued following depositary notification:
C.N.324.2012.TREATIES-XI.A.16 of 18 June 2012, informing that by 13 June 2012 none of the Contracting Parties to the TIR Convention, 1975 had communicated an objection to the proposals of amendments to Articles 1, 8, 10 and 11 and to Annex 6 of the Convention.
Therefore, in accordance with Article 59, paragraph 3 of the Convention, the said amendments will enter into force on 13 September 2012 for all Contracting Parties.
