Third Steering Committee discussed situation with the two first policy packages under NPD process in Kazakhstan: preparations for accession to the Protocol on Water and Health (coordinated by UNECE) and sustainable business models for WSS in rural areas and small towns (coordinated by OECD). Workplan and upcoming next projects were also presented.
