Countries are encouraged to review and make use of the good practices and lessons learned presented in the Information Repository of Good Practices and Lessons Learned in Land-Use Planning and Industrial Safety
UNECE countries (governments, multilaterals, the private sector, academia, NGOs, among others) are also invited to submit a case study/studies to be displayed in the Information Repository, to highlight their good practices and/or lessons learned in managing disaster risks such as industrial/chemical accidents, Natech[1] events, and mitigating the potential effects on the health and wellbeing of people, livelihoods and the environment, both within and across borders.
To be selected and included in the Information Repository, the case study must meet the criteria, which are contained within the Criteria for the Good Practices and Lessons Learned document in ENG and RUS.
If you/your country or organisation would like to submit a case study, please refer to the Criteria and then complete the Questionnaire in ENG or in RUS.
Please note that any submissions in Russian will be subsequently translated into English for uploading onto the Information Repository.
As the Repository webpage will be accessible to the general public, please note that the information provided in sections 2 – 4 of the Questionnaire will be made publicly available.
Once completed, please submit your completed Questionnaire (in English or in Russian) to the UNECE Industrial Accidents Convention ([email protected]).
