Julie de Brux

Julie de Brux has been a Partner at CITIZING since 2015.
CITIZING is a company dedicated to public sector clients, aiming at facilitating informed decision-making. Their goal is to gather what is desirable from the social point of view with what is technically feasible and economically viable. Their core areas of expertise are: socio-economic evaluation and project prioritization; stakeholders’ consultation; choice of the delivery option including Public-Private Partnerships; public policy evaluation. They regularly handle capacity building missions, that they see as a cultural and on-the-job immersion within local teams, to ensure organizational development and skills transfer.

Before joining CITIZING, Julie worked at the Directorate General of VINCI Concessions, VINCI Group, the global leader company for construction and concessions. She was head of economic studies and prospective (2008-2015).

Julie holds a PhD in Economics, about renegotiations and performance in PPP projects. She is an associate research fellow at Sorbonne business school. She regularly publishes articles in international journals and is a lecturer on economics and strategy at Sorbonne, Sciences-Po and ESSEC Business School.

Julie has been a member of the UNECE Business Advisory Board since January 2014.
