Alexandr Bazhenov was born on 1964.Education
He graduated from the Bauman Moscow High Technical School in 1987.
During the professional growth he graduated retraining courses at A.T. Kearney, Suez and J.F. Kennedy School of Government Harvard University (2002, 2012, 2013).
He graduated from Presidential personnel reserve training program in 2013.
