Carl Hickson is a specialist in enterprise operating model redesign, having worked extensively with leadership teams to redesign organizations to deliver on growth ambitions and operate at a more sustainable cost. His work spans all functions, from front to back office, and includes work designing digital hubs and accelerators that enable organizations to deliver on their digital ambitions and respond to the forces of the fourth industrial revolution. His work in this space spans a breadth of industries, including consumer goods, utilities, oil and gas, international development and telecoms. While at Accenture, Carl has also contributed to the development of the firms operating model methodology and points of view, including published articles on ‘What the wider organisation can learn from digital innovation hubs’ and ‘How to embed business design capabilities into the organization’.
