The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has communicated that, on 21 April 2011, Kazakhstan acceded to the European Agreement supplementing the 1968 Convention on Road Traffic, of 1 May 1971. The Agreement will enter into force for Kazakhstan on 21 April 2012. For details, refer to Depositary Notification C.N.190.2011.TREATIES-1 on http://treaties.un.org
