MULTILATERAL AGREEMENT M85

Under 1.5.1 of ADR, concerning the language of the particulars to be entered in the transport document:

1.         By derogation from 5.4.1.4.1 of ADR  the particulars to be entered in the transport document may be drafted in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.

2.         This aqreement applies to carriage between and within Denmark, Sweden and   Norway.

3.         This agreement is valid until revoked by one of the contracting parties.
