| On the occasion of the Fourth Road Safety Week in the UNECE Region a Seminar on Aggressive Driving Behaviour was be held on 5 April 2004 in the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
The Seminar examined the causes of aggressiveness on the road, the consequences, and means of combating and avoiding it. |
