| As you certainly know, in view of the
new security arrangements for access to the Palais des
Nations, delegations are asked to inform the secretariat
(ECE Transport Division) of their exact composition.
Access to the Palais des Nations will only be granted
to those in possession of an identity card issued by
the Safety and Security Section, Pregny Gate, (route de Pregny, in front of the International
Committee of the Red Cross). Click here

Please find below the forms. The Long
Duration Expert Form (one-year badge) should only be
used by the delegates who participate in more than four
meetings per year.

one week before the meeting commences. For the email address and fax number, please consult the footnote on the first page of the relevant meeting agenda.
