   A tax amounting to USD 400.00 is collected at the border check point from foreign registered coaches for the issuing of a Bulgarian authorisation.

Attention:

- All goods should be cleared by the customs. Vehicles without TIR Carnets are not allowed for transportation.
- The freigth motor vehicles will be accepted and handled at the Kaspitchan terminal no later than 2 hours before the departure of the train.
- Trucks loaded with explosives and flamable materials, munitions, radioactive materials and other dangerous goods according to RID and ADR are not allowed for tranportations, as well vehicles carrying live-stock, meat and other hanging loads, liquids in tank, circus requisites; loads which centre of gravity can be changed; longitudinally unfixed loads; vehicles with unproper functioning of the suspension system; leading to change of centre of gravity; goods transported under special conditions according to CIM.
