In view of the new security requirements for access to the Palais des Nations, delegations are asked to inform the secretariat (UNECE Transport Division) of their exact composition. Access to the Palais des Nations will only be granted to those in possession of an identity card issued by the Safety and Security Section, Pregny Gate, (route de Pregny, in front of the International Committee of the Red Cross). Please find below the registration forms. The Long Duration Expert Form (one-year badge) should only be used by the delegates who participate in more than four meetings per year.

The form should be filled and sent by fax (+41  22  917 0039) or by e-mail not later than one week before the meeting starts.
