Ministry of transport and communications of Finland
can, by a proposal made by a municipality, restrict
the carriage operations of dangerous goods in certain
areas, on special roads or on parts of roads in Finland.
The restrictions are marked by traffic signs.

Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia |
| The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia notified
the Secretariat that there are no restrictions concerning
the transport of dangerous goods by road using structures
such as bridges or tunnels. Concerning transport of
dangerous goods of Class 1, the movement is allowed
only in working days of the week and only in day-time.
