according to section 1.5.1 of ADR

concerning the language of the particulars to be entered in the transport document

1. By derogation from 5.4.1.4.1 of ADR the particulars to be entered in the transport document may be drafted in Portuguese or Spanish.

2. This agreement applies to carriage between Portugal and Spain.

3. In addition to the information prescribed, the consignor shall enter, in Portuguese or Spanish, the following in the transport document: “Carriage agreed under the terms of Section 1.5.1 of ADR (M1XZ)”.

4. This agreement is valid until revoked by one of the contracting parties.
