Multilateral Agreement M165

Under paragraph 1.5.1 of ADR concerning the Limited Quantity pack size applicable to UN 1791 Packing Group III

(1) By derogation from the provisions of 3.4.6 of ADR, the inner packaging of combination packaging maximum contents for UN 1791 HYPOCHLORITE SOLUTION Packing Group III may be 5 litres, instead of 3 litres under LQ19.

(2) All other relevant provisions of Chapter 3.4 of ADR shall be applicable.

(3) This derogation shall not be applicable to carriage through the Channel Tunnel.

(3) This agreement shall apply to transport between the Contracting Parties to ADR which have signed this agreement up to 12th November 2009, unless it is revoked before that date by at least one of the signatories, in which case it shall remain applicable only for transport between the Contracting Parties to ADR which have signed but not revoked this agreement, on their territory, up to that date.
