The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has issued Depositary Notification CN.534.2011.TREATIES-1 of 31 August 2011, informing that none of the Contracting Parties to the above-mentioned Convention had communicated an objection to the Secretary General and that, consequently, in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Convention, the new Annex 9 to the Convention will enter into force for all Contracting Parties on 30 November 2011.
