Delegates are kindly adviced to note that the 106 session of the UNECE Working Party on Customs Questions affecting Transport (WP.30) will take place between 3 and 6 February 2004 and not as originally announced between 2 and 6 February 2004. The change has been necessary due to the rescheduling of a public UN holiday on 2 February 2004
