The TIR secretariat has been informed that, due to the introduction of the Euro in Estonia as from 1 January 2011, the information systems of all Estonian Tax and Customs Board offices will be unavailable from 31 December 2010 19:00 (Local Time) until 4 January 2011 08:00 (Local Time). During the disruption period, the fall-back procedure will apply for TIR and other transit procedures.
