Workshops on gender statistics
UNECE provides targeted support to member states to enhance their capacities to produce, use and disseminate gender statistics through continuing training involving both users and producers of gender statistics.
The training workshops are conducted at national, sub-regional and regional levels on topics ranging from violence against women, time-use surveys, reconciliation of work and life, measuring gender pay gap to advocacy and dissemination of gender statistics.
All the training workshops of 2006-2010 were supported financially by the World Bank.
Background documents from international workshops can be accessed from the Meeting and Events page. Select "Gender statistics" from the drop-down menu.
