We help to coordinate the International Task Force on the Measurement of Quality of Employment. This work includes the development of methodology and identification of good practices in the measurement of quality of employment from the employees' perspective.
The current focus is on:
- developing a common conceptual framework on the quality of employment
- proposing a set of statistical indicators to measure the quality aspects of labour and employment
- testing and validating the set of indicators
