The major decisions upon steering the programme are taken by the Consortium
Board that includes senior representatives of the institutions of the
GGP Consortium. The Consortium Board has formed
Expert Working Groups to carry out the
scientific and methodological work in the Programme. It discusses programme development and
takes decisions on further steps in its meetings twice a year.
