Dear Task Force Chair
I have painstakingly gone through the 75 pages draft document and I would like to say categorically that this a very perfect write up.
I am particularly delighted about 3.3 i.e. Commodity Specific Specifications/ Guidelines. Special reference to Solid Minerals between pages 18 to 26. Every possible contending issue was addressed including 'Competent Person' specifications. This is very wonderful.
Congratulations to the Chair and other members of the Task Force that made this draft possible.
