- Develop guidance on the unresolved conceptual issues arising from 2008 System of National Accounts and Balance of Payments Manual 6 in relation to global production
- Develop further guidance on implementation aspects of new international standards
- Study the existing practices of countries in relation to the different types of global production arrangements
