ITALY
Savona

 

Ilaria Caprioglio is a lawyer and the first woman mayor of the City of Savona since June 2016. She started her job career in fashion, then graduated in Law and married Alberto: they have two sons and one daughter. She authored many papers, which appeared in journals on tax law and she also wrote multiple essays on adolescence, cyberbullying, nutrition and some fiction books. She is the co-founder of the Association "Mi nutro di vita", promoter of the National Eating Disorders Day. She supports and promotes initiatives in public schools to promote a culture of respect and raise awareness about difficulties faced by youth. As mayor of Savona, she strongly supports the University Campus, an excellence in terms of innovation and technology. One of her greatest accomplishments is the "LEED for Cities" gold certification that she has obtained for her city, making Savona the first city in Europe to obtain that certification.

 

One of her commitments is aimed at resolving youth issues, which is evident from her intense volunteer activity helping many young people face eating disorders. . Her political commitment to making the city sustainable is amply demonstrated by her achievements and initiatives. Ilaria is already a model for those who are lucky enough to know her, and her presence in today's society can only be positive.

Chausy

 

Anatoli Matsiulin was elected Chairperson of Chausy District Council of Deputies in February 2018. Before that, as Head of Chausy District Executive Committee.

 

The Chausy District Council of Deputies represents the interests of the area and promotes the development of its economic sectors (industrial and agricultural production, services sector, etc.). At the same time, the Chausy District Council of Deputies supports small and medium enterprises and private farms of citizens which are engaged in the implementation of measures to preserve history and culture.

 

Mr. Matsiulin was born in 1964 and resides in Chausy.

BELARUS
Brest

 

Mikalay Yakubouski is Deputy Head of the Brest City Executive Committee. He coordinates the work of several municipal departments and enterprises and is responsible for urban development, construction, housing and public utilities in the city.

 

Mr. Yakubouski was born in Brest in 1975. He graduated from Brest State Technical University and Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus where he studied Industrial and Civil Engineering, Accountancy and Audit, and Public Administration.

 

He gained practical experience working at the Construction Department of Brest Regional Executive Committee, taking position in the Department of Safety and Road Maintenance at "Brestobldorstroy". Prior to his appointment to the new position, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Construction of the Brest Regional Committee.

UKRAINE
Kyiv

 

Mykola Povoroznyk is First Deputy Head of Kyiv City State Administration since December 2017. Prior to this, he was a Deputy Head from January 2016. He was born on April 10, 1972 in the Svyatets village, Teofipolske district of Khmelnitsky region.

In 1995, he received a degree in electronic engineering at the Kyiv Military Institute of Management and Communications and in 2008, a master’s degree in State Administration at the National Academy of State Administration of the President of Ukraine. After serving in the Armed Forces, in October 2001, he became a chief specialist in the Department of Entrepreneurship of the Kyiv City State Administration and later, a head of Division.


In March 2003, he became Deputy Head of the Board on Licensing and Registration for the General Department of Entrepreneurship of the Kyiv City Council (KCSA) executive body. In December 2006, he became Deputy Head of the General Department of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship.


In November 2012 he was Senior Deputy Head of General Department  of Industrial, Scientific, Technological and Innovation Policies serving as head of its Board on Regulatory Policy and Permit Issuance. In December 2012, he became Senior Deputy Head of the Department of Industry and Enterprise Development – Head of Board on Regulatory Policy and Permit Issuance.


From June 2013, he worked as Deputy Head of Department – Head of Board on coordination of regional economic policy of the Department of Economy and Investments of KCSA. In August 2013, he became Head of the Department of Economy and Investments of KCSA.
