Anna Scavuzzo is currently Vice Mayor of the City of Milan and Deputy Mayor for Security. She holds a master degree in Physics. She worked in the field of applied computer technologies – social networks, public administration, networking, distance education – in a large publishing group and taught in several high schools in Milan and its metropolitan area.

Hanna Elise Marcussen is Vice Mayor responsible for urban development. She is responsible for city planning, building regulations and development projects, including architectural and historical heritage, urban regeneration, the City’s real estate holdings (excluding municipal buildings).

Hanna Elise Marcussen represents the Norwegian Green Party, where she was the national spokeswoman for the party from 2008 to 2014, and the party’s first candidate for Oslo during the national parliamentary elections in 2009. From 2014 to 2015, she was the manager of Bergfald Environmental Advisors. Marcussen is a qualified archeologist from the University of Oslo.

SWEDEN
Helsingborg

 

 

Peter Danielsson is the Chairman of the Municipal Board of Helsingborg since 2006 (mayor) and the 1st Deputy Party Chairman of the Swedish party Moderaterna. Peter is also a member of the board for the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, as well as a board member of Grater Copenhagen, amongst other board of direction assignments.

Previously, Peter has worked as an editorial writer, communication consultant, entrepreneur and he has also been a member of the Swedish parliament. Peter has extensive experience of board of direction assignments, often as the chairman, and is an experienced and appreciated speaker driven by results. Under Peter's leadership, Helsingborg has been appointed Sweden's IT municipality 2015, Growth Municipality of the Year 2016, Sweden's Quality Municipality 2017, The Municipality of the Year 2017 and Sweden's best environmental municipality 2017 and 2018.

Peter is strongly committed to developing the sustainable and smart city of the future. Quality of life, City governance and innovation-driven development is on top of his agenda.

Peter has a Bachelor´s degree in Political Science from Lund university.

KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

Bishkek

 


Aziz Surakmatov was elected as Mayor of Bishkek city in August, 2018 by the majority of votes during the Bishkek city Council meeting.

Within his mandate he conducts policy, general management and control over activities of Bishkek city Municipality, structural and territorial subdivisions. He also defines strategic directions of socio-economic development of the city, financial-economic and industrial policy, development and implementation of city– and target– oriented programs and oversees Bishkek city Municipality bodies’ activities.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Before being elected as Mayor of Bishkek city, he worked on leading positions at national and municipal levels in the sphere of architecture and construction.

Aziz Surakmatov was the Chairman of Bishkek city Kenesh (Council) and deputy of the Zhogorku  Kenesh (Superior Council) of the Kyrgyz Republic.
