In accordance with decision IV/2 on promoting effective access to justice adopted by the Meeting of the Parties at its fourth session (Chisinau, 29 June - 1 July 2011), the Task Force on Access to Justice was mandated to systematically collect information relating to the implementation of Article 9 of the Convention on issues identified in objective III/6 of the Strategic Plan 2009-2014 and prepare, studies, where appropriate, with the objective of identifying gaps in and providing recommendations for enhanced implementation on access to justice.
