It is therefore proposed to insert a new paragraph 5.3.5 in Chapter 5 to read as follows: X"Viscous substances having a flashpoint of 23 $C or above and less than or equal to 60,5 $C, nontoxic and noncorrosive, containing less than 20% nitrocellulose, are not subject to these Recommendations, if:#  in the solvent separation test [see 5.6.1(c)] the height of the separated layer of solvent is less than 3% of the total height; and#  the flowtime in the viscosity test according to 5.6.1(a) with a jet diameter of 6 mm is equal to or greater than:#  s4>$  3 3 (a)` "60 seconds; or #  s4%  3 3 (b)` "40 seconds if the viscous substance contains not more than 60% of Class 3 substances."# B) GE.94 F+,,,Ԍ
