This international Directory has been prepared by the secretariat of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) in accordance with Resolution No. 49 adopted by the ECE Working Party on Customs Questions affecting Transport at its eighty-first session on 3 March 1995.

The objective of this Directory is to establish an authoritative list of persons who can be contacted by Customs authorities, national associations and the IRU for information on the application of the TIR procedure in their respective countries or territories.

Use of this Directory is restricted to Customs authorities of States and organisations that are Contracting Parties to the TIR Convention, 1975.

The information contained in this Directory may also be used by the International Road Transport Union (IRU) as well as its national associations issuing TIR Carnets, but shall not be given to other interested persons or organizations.

Cet annuaire international a été préparé par le secrétariat de la Commission Economique pour l'Europe des Nations Unies (CEE-ONU), conformément la Résolution No. 49 adopte par le groupe de travail des problèmes douaniers intéressant les transports sa 81e session, le 3 mars 1995.

L'objectif de cet annuaire est d'établir une liste des personnes autorises pouvant être contactes par les autorités douanières, les associations nationales et l'IRU en vue d'obtenir des informations sur l'application de la procédure TIR dans leurs pays ou territoires respectifs.

L'usage de cet annuaire est restreint aux autorités douanières des Etats et organisations parties contractantes la Convention TIR de 1975.

Les informations contenues dans cet annuaire peuvent également être utilises par l'Union Internationale des Transports Routiers (IRU) et par ses associations nationales émettrices de carnets TIR, mais ne seront communiques aucune autre personne ou organisation intéressé.
