Central Asian Energy and Environment Authorities have all been invited to nominate a senior official to participate in an Advisory CAPACT project Working Group, which will oversee the project. It is anticipated that the project Working Group will meet three times: at the beginning, middle and end of the  project.

The anticipated duration of the project is for a three year period commencing in the second half of 2004.

CAPACT project Working Group will oversee and review the status of the CAPACT project. The Government of each Central Asian state will nominate a senior official from each of the energy and environment sector to be a member of the Groups.

Three meetings of this CAPACT project Working Group will be conducted during implementation of the project: at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the project. All such meetings will be organised to coincide with other substantial events scheduled during the project.
