The results of this discussion, which will take place in small groups, will be presented to the Forum, will be reflected in the Forum proceedings and will have a direct impact on the direction of the work of the Committee for Trade, Industry and Enterprise Development.. The question participants will be asked to discuss is:  
    In your personal opinion, what are the most important steps that Governments, and/or businesses should take to enable businesses to compete effectively in the new trading environment?
