Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers Compliance Committee
Article 22 of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers on review of compliance, requires the Meeting of the Parties to establish arrangements for reviewing compliance with the Protocol. The first session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol adopted Decision I/2 on the review of compliance. This decision establishes the Compliance Committee and the procedures for the review of compliance.
In addition, the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol elected at its first session the following persons to serve in a personal capacity on the Compliance Committee until the end of the second session of the Meeting:
