Post-Transition Economic Policy Forum
The UNECE Post-Transition Economic Policy Forum combines research and policy dialogue, involving high-level academics and policy-makers from UNECE member countries. It seeks to identify major economic issues and problems that are specific to the present stage of development in the countries that underwent transition from plan to market.
The UNECE Post-Transition Economic Policy Forum will offer the opportunity for a wide public debate among policy-makers on these issues and will strive to come up with policy relevant conclusions and recommendations. The Forum will also provide support for policy relevant research on related topics and will aim at wide dissemination of the results of this research.
