1.1 Copyright notice for the UNeDocs International Document Set

The UNeDocs International Document  Set (IDS) comprises the specifications for trade documents as data models, in paper and different  electronic formats (Document Data Model, Paper and electronic Layout Keys). The information provided in the  UNeDocs IDS is for informative purposes only. UNeDocs grants permission to Users to download and copy documents of the IDS with the condition that any copy of the document or portion thereof must include the original copyright notice and no modification of any of the documents are made. UNeDocs will grant permission to modify and nationalise the IDS through agreements on technical cooperation projects. The implementation of UNeDocs IDS to support business transactions requires approval by UNeDocs Geneva.

The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) owns the copyright of the form of the UNeDocs Freight Forwarding Instructions (FFI). The use of the form is subject to restrictions published by FIATA.

The International Multimodal Transport association (IMMTA) owns the copyright of the form of the UNeDocs IMMTA documents . The use of the forms is subject to restrictions published by IMMTA.
