The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has communicated that, on 7 March 2011, the conditions for the entry into force of the Additional Protocol to the convention on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road (CMR) concerning the electronic consignment note were met. Accordingly, the Protocol will enter into force on 5 June 2011. Poland accedes to Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR)

The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has communicated that, on 23 November 2010, Poland acceded to Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR).
