Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics
The UNECE plays an active role in strengthening official statistics in the region, with aim of improving the quality and comparability of economic statistics in countries by promoting the implementation of standards, and pursuing work in emerging areas. The work deals with several areas of economic statistics, such as:
