Malta became the 24th Party to both first and second amendment to the Convention on 28 May 2014.

Slovenia became the 23rd Party to both first and second amendment to the Convention on 25 March 2014.

Finland became the 22nd Party to both first and second amendment to the Convention on 19 February 2014.

The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia became the 26th Party to the Protocol on 13 September 2013.

Switzerland became the 21st Party to the second amendment to the Convention on 15 March 2013.

Portugal became the 25th Party to the Protocol on 4 September 2012.

Denmark became the 24th Party to the Protocol on 4 June 2012.

Portugal became the 20th Party to the second amendment on 9 March 2012.

Poland became the 19th Party to the second amendment on 11 January 2012.

Spain became the 11th Party to the Protocol on 24 September 2009.

Montenegro became the 43rd Party to the Convention, the 16th Party to the first amendment and 14th Party to the second amendment on 9 July 2009.

Hungary became the 15th Party to the first amendment and 13th Party to the second amendment on 29 May 2009.

The Netherlands became the 14th Party to the first amendment and 12th Party to the second amendment on 14 April 2009.

Spain became the 11th Party to the second amendment on 6 April 2009.

Croatia became the 13th Party to the first amendment and the 10th Party to the second amendment on 11 February 2009.

The European Community (now European Union) became the 10th Party to the Protocol on 12 November 2008.

Spain became the 12th Party to the first amendment on 16 July 2008

Luxembourg became the ninth Party to Protocol on 2 July 2008

Slovakia became the eighth Party to the Protocol, the 11th Party to the first amendment and the ninth Party to the second amendment on 29 May 2008

The European Community (now European Union) became the 10th Party to the first amendment and the eighth Party to the second amendment on 18 January 2008

Serbia became the 42nd Party to the Convention on 18 December 2007

Norway became the seventh Party to the Protocol on 11 October 2007

Luxembourg became the seventh Party to the 2nd amendment on 4 May 2007

The Czech Republic became the ninth Party to the 1st amendment and sixth Party to the 2nd amendment on 18 April 2007

Germany became the fifth Party to the 2nd amendment and the sixth Party to the Protocol on 22 February 2007

Bulgaria became the eighth Party to the 1st amendment, fourth Party to the 2nd amendment and fifth Party to the Protocol on 25 January 2007

Romania became the seventh Party to the 1st amendment to the Convention on 16 November 2006

On 23 October 2006, Montenegro succeeded to signature of the Protocol

Austria became the sixth Party to the 1st amendment, and the third Party to the second amendment, on 14 September 2006

Albania became the fifth Party to the 1st amendment to the Convention, and the second Party to the second amendment, on 12 May 2006
