The fifth meeting of the Working Group on Integrated Water Resources Management took place from Wednesday, 7 July 2010, 2.30 p.m. until Friday, 9 July 2010, 1 p.m. in the Palais des Nations, Geneva. It was held back-to-back with the eleventh meeting of the Working Group on Monitoring and Assessment, which took place on 6-7 July in Geneva. A joint session of the two working groups was held on Wednesday, 7 July from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
The main objective of the fifth meeting of the Working Group on Integrated Water Resources Management was to review the implementation of the workplan as adopted at the fifth session of the Meeting of the Parties.
