Meetings and Events
This will be the first meeting of the Bureau since the election of its members at the June 2011 meetings of the governing bodies of the Espoo Convention and its Protoocl on Strategic Environmental Assessment. The Bureau will prepare for the first meeting of the newly established joint working group under the two treaties. The Bureau will also review progress in the execution of the joint workplan, and is expected to agree on actions to ensure the implementation of workplan activities. Further, the Bureau will draw up a list of NGOs to receive financial support in meetings under the two treaties, and examine other budgetary matters.
