Ministerial Statements
To mark the anniversary of the Convention, Environment
Ministers from across the Parties to the Convention
have been sending statements of congratulations
to the secretariat.
So far statements have been received from Ministers
of Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium,
Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, European Commission, Finland,
Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kyrgyz Republic, Lithuania,
Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russian
Federation, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
United Kingdom and United States.
The statements can be accessed below. They will
also be made available to the twenty-second session
of the Executive Body and special attention will
be drawn to them at the special
anniversary event on 1 December 2004.
