Welcome
This collection of “Good Practices in Education for Sustainable Development” is a toolbox reflecting the experiences of various governments, international organizations, research institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders.
These are concrete examples of successful implementation of ESD in different areas, from the political arena to the school setting and from formal to non-formal and informal learning.
We hope that this ongoing pilot project carried out jointly by UNECE and UNESCO will assist countries in their efforts to implement ESD!
