At the first regional meeting on education for sustainable development (Task Force) held on 19-20 February 2004 it was agreed that UNECE would upload on its www-site information on experiences in ESD in the region. To this end, member States are invited to provide the Secretariat with a summary of their relevant national experiences.

Intergovernmental organizations and other international organizations that are active in the region and have expertise in the area of education for sustainable development are also invited to contribute.

Non-governmental organizations and other major groups with activities in the UNECE region of direct relevance to education for sustainable development may also provide their inputs.

The summary (up to two pages) should be submitted in Word format and contain relevant contact data and links to the web-sites. The documents will be uploaded as received, no editing and translation services will be provided.
