The Working Group on Environmenta Impact Assessment (EIA) is a subsidiary body to the Meeting of the Parties, established to assist in the implementation of the Convention and the management of the workplan (decision I/2). The meetings of the Working Group are subject to the same Rules of Procedure (decision I/1) as the Meeting of the Parties.
