Relationship to other international agreements
The relevant provisions of this Protocol shall
apply without prejudice to the UNECE Conventions
on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary
Context and on Access
to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making
and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters.
