The Fifth Ministerial Conference “Environment for Europe” took important decisions in a wide-range of issues related to environment and sustainable development, including new international legal instruments, strategies, guidelines and major programmes. On the second day of the Conference, a special session between Ministers and environmental citizens’ organizations was held on the subject of environmental policy integration.
